Hamed Masaood

Welcome! I am a Chapman fellow in pure mathematics at Imperial College London.

My research interests revolve around the mathematical theory of black holes in General Relativity. I am specifically interested in understanding the scattering theory of the Einstein equations. My research is rooted in the areas of partial differential equations and differential geometry.

Previously, I was a research associate here at Imperial between October 2022 and September 2023; My mentor was Martin Taylor. Before that, I was a research associate at the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics, University of Cambridge from October 2021 to September 2022. I did my PhD student at the Cambridge Centre for Analysis (CCA) under the supervision of Mihalis Dafermos, Claude Warnick and Malcolm Perry.
